Warranty Policy Details
- We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty for all American Bass products to authorized dealers and distributors.
- Products purchased online through an uncertified dealer do NOT have a warranty from American Bass.
- Product warranties are only for manufacturer defects. Product warranties do not apply to products that have experienced negligence or abuse.
- Refurbished products have a 90-day warranty.
Return Policy Details
Returns may be shipped to:

- All returns must have prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#). Please email orders@americanbassusa.com to get an RA #. This number is valid for 30 days and must be clearly marked on the outside of each box the RA# pertains to.
- Any package that does not have an RA# will be refused by American Bass.
- An invoice/packing slip with a list of contents and concern must also be included; information not included will delay return process.
- Additional items not on the RA that are returned will be refused and sent back to the dealer.
- Returns should be packed in the original carton or an original carton of a similar product, and then packed into a larger carton that it was originally received in (Woofers packed in peanuts are not acceptable).
- Damage that occurs during transit due to neglect or abuse of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc..,) and/or improper packing is the responsibility of the dealer.
- Filing Damage Claims with a carrier is also the responsibility of the dealer.
- Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of American Bass.
- Products older than one year of original ship date and discontinued models are not eligible for credit; they are exchange only.
- Returns that are not under warranty (out of warranty, customer abuse, bent or damaged merchandise, etc....) held at American Bass 90 days after receiving will become Property of American Bass if not directed to return to dealer.
- Returns of new products from a distributor will be shipped back to the distributor.
